Inappropriate?We had same problem and found that we needed to go into our config file in activecollab and set the api settings to 2 in order to allow read and write permissions. (We are still using trial version...)

Inappropriate?I was having the same issues with read and write permissions enabled. What I found to cause the problem was that the api field accepts line breaks and retains illegal characters, so there could be lines and lines if "api" token and other junk that are causing it to fail authentication. Type it in or copy and paste from a clean text editor such as Text Wrangler...

Other issues were resolved by using this config http://www.activecollab.com/docs/manu... to create clean URL's.
Cons: The timing works, but ticket tasks are un-time-able which renders the app pretty unusable for my application... I also found that the "update projects" process takes forever, even or a local server.
