Timepost has encountered a problem and needs to close

I downloaded the 2.5 trial because I want to see how it's BaseCamp integration works before buying. Unfortunately, as soon as it runs I get an error that says "Timepost has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." "If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." That's in Windows XP.
