Timepost not posting time to basecamp

Timepost is very inconsistent when posting hours to basecamp. It has gotten to the point where I have to manually check every day if my hours are up to date on basecamp. Our company Brunello Creative has purchased 5 licenses for an ap that sometimes works. We are frustrated and very disappointed with your service. Please advise on how to get this working.
