APPALLING Customer Service
Comcast has terrible customer service.
9/15. We scheduled a transfer of service because we moved. We were told 1-5pm someone would come. No one showed up. We called THREE times to confirm, and we were told THREE times the dispatcher would call to confirm, but we got ZERO phone calls.
9/18. Dispatcher finally came. My entire family missed out on submitting homework, etc. online over the weekend because we did not have internet.
12/2. Internet service suddenly went out. Called Comcast. Tech Support guy said something is wrong with my modem. When I asked what, he would not give me any answer. He scheduled for a technician to come on 12/4, 8-10am.
12/3. Some person from Comcast called to say that our appointment HAS BEEN CANCELLED -- WITHOUT PERMISSION -- and please would we call back to schedule another appointment if we'd like?
I am SO disappointed with Comcast's service.
