Blue screen then fuzzy signal on many channels-Comcast Service said nothing they can do about it.
I have had trouble for two years with my cable tv from Comcast. Cannot get a connection to channel 7 and many channels over 13. Screen comes in blue then fuzzy for a while then back to blue. Have had service out and said nothing they can do. Meanwhile I am paying 66.00 a month for 4 channels and fuzz. No Help from Comcast

Inappropriate? What you describe is either a lose wire or a problem with the TV set itself. The reason I state that is the blue screen is indicative of a problem with the TV. Do you use a cable box or direct connected to the TV? Do you have that trouble with other TV's in the house? What did the techs say? My guess is they indicated it was a problem with the TV. Did they say the signals were good?

No problem with the TV while it is worse on one TV other two have fuzzy reception on these channels but not blue screen. Have tested TV on other connections and it is fine. The Comcast repair person boosted the connection - did not correct. At that point he said he could not do anything more and left. Still paying for poor service and no help. -
Inappropriate? As stated above it still sounds like it is your TV. I would test another TV at the same cable to determine if there is a problem with the line or TV.

Inappropriate?I have a television that is 6 months old and have the same blue screen that says, "no signal", and fuzziness and noise....I have no problems with watching movies or playing the xbox.
