Buzz in audio coming from Cable box for the last 3 months

I have has a buzz coming out of my cable box for the last 3+ months. I have changed the cables - notheing. When I by-pass the cable box the buzz goes away, When I move the cable box to a different TV and cable jack the buzz follows. Has anyone else experienced this - suggestions?
