Cablecards yes! Tech arrival nope.

Comcast just doesn't care about its customers. I was scheduled for a cable card installation yesterday. However no one showed up I was scheduled for 8a-12 noon,. Then i get a call at 830p from the tech saying he was sorry he missed the appointment, and could we reschedule for Friday. I guess comcast can magically make vacation time.

This is also the 4th call i made regarding this ,the first 2 were that no cable cards available. Please comcast help me out.
