Can't buy or view plans for Comcast Digital Voice on comcast.com if you already have TV or internet
Why can't you view Comcast Digital Voice plans on comcast.com if you already have an account for TV or internet? When I try to buy Comcast Digital Voice, it asks me to log in since I already have service at this address, and from there, I am unable to add Comcast Voice, I'm only given the option to add a WWF and a Spanish Language station, but nothing internet or Comcast Digital Voice related. :-( (And no, I do not wish to speak to a Comcast Human, I just spoke with 3 over the past month who said they would change my Internet from 8 MB to 6 MB, and each lied and failed, I finally had to get a (second) supervisor who worked for Comcast for 10 years to take care of it.)

Inappropriate?There is an orange tap locate at the top which says Digital Voice. Click on that and it will provide options for voice at your location. If it is not available nothing will be present under that tab.

Frank, thank you for your response, but all that happens when I click Shop (Orange tab) and then Comcast Digital Voice is a listing of my current services come up. The only option I am presented with is to add to my TV service, like I explained above. No options for Comcast Digital Voice. Does it work for you? (I have Digital TV Service and 6MB Internet, no phone) By the way, my neighbor (Townhouse physically next to and attached to mine) has Comcast Digital Voice, so I would assume it would be available in my area. -

Inappropriate?When I say orange tab I was talking about a bar on the middle of the screen. When you go to Comcast.com , there is a banner on the center of the page with a box to the right that says Show Products. Click that. It will take you to a page for your address if it does not have it already. Then the next page will present bundles available. On that page on the middle of the screen you will see various options in orange. Bundles, Cable, High Speed Internet, Digital Voice.

Inappropriate?Frank, I have done everything you described above and I think we have a communication issue because I feel like I have explained this in each of my postings also. I still only see a page that shows me my current products and offers no bundles or options to add Comcast Digital Voice. I have attached a screen shot of the page after I click "Shop" then "Comcast Digital Voice." The same page comes up if I click "Comcast Bundles" and "Show all products." I have covered my account number.

Inappropriate?Thanks Frank. I have emailed you my email address and address like you asked. I also tried the way you guided me in, but it asks me to log in since I already have service at my address, and once I log in it just lands on the home page of the comcast customer service page, where I can view & pay my bill, but there's nothing for Comcast Digital Voice. I've rebooted and tried from a number of PCs both PC and Mac, and have been dealing with this off and on for about 2 weeks.

Inappropriate?Just wanted to follow up for others; this issue was escalated and it turns out you cannot buy or view plans for Comcast Digital Voice on comcast.com if you already have TV or internet. Frank, the rep replying to this thread, and the person I spoke with at Comcast Escalations were very nice and helpful. However; it's disappointing the comcast.com website misleads existing customers and 6 different Comcast reps and supervisors wouldn't offer a straight answer until I posted the issue on a 3rd party forum prompting Comcast Escalations to get involved.

Inappropriate?I have been trying to view packages and services for a couple weeks now. But the site won't show me the packages (just is blank where the packages should be). I received an ad in the mail and then go to comcast.com/dtv... I've cleared my cookies, cleared pretty much everything, tried it in firefox and IE and just get errors. Must be something with the comcast site?
