Comcast and World of Warcraft problems?
If you haven't heard of this problem yet, which hopefully you have, it is unbearable. Getting disconnected every 5-20mins is just not something normal and worth my money to pay for. There is a forum full of people having the exact same problem and no one is taking action. No one is fessing up with who has to problem and blaming it on the other person, topical Comcast profile. I mean it could be comcast or blizzard, all i want to know is if there are people looking into it and if there is a report out on it yet so i can start blaming the right people.

Inappropriate?I live in Southern Maryland and use Metrocast who uses Comcast and I am having the exact same issue with WoW. The tracert shows the exact same latency jump at exactly the same place. Mine started last night and is now completely unplayable. Talking to tech support is a waste of time as they all say it is not on their end. Great customer service there.

Inappropriate?I only seem to have this problem, of my network resetting while playing World of Warcraft. I'm able to log back on quickly. It is truly a pain. Ventrilo auto rejoins the hosted server, wish WoW would.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem! I get dissconnected from the server about 5 times an hour and it is really annoying... my latency is always at 300+ and comcast needs to do something about it if this many people are having this problem. I live in NE PA

Starting all over again? I was online in WOW and several players that were in my same group were disconnected at the same time that I was. None of us are able to get past the authentication page.....

Inappropriate?We are in Fla, on icecrown server and since the last patch (the one after 3.1) we consistently lag out and get dc'd 5-10 times an hour. this seems to happen every day between 8-10 am and then 8-10 pm.. we have upgraded all hardware, run with zero mods and with graphics disabled, using ethernet cables or wireless makes no difference. If we switch providers from comcast to another, will that fix the lag problem?
