Comcast Company a bunch of scamers

I have been trying to get a HD/DVR box with the HDMI input/output for over a week. I was told to call in the morning to reserve a box, but every morning at 8 I call and get the same story that they don't have any. I was told I can have a Tech come out to install it, but that would be a installation fee. All the guy does is drop it off at the house, why the installation fee. I am so fed up with comcast. So the onyl way to get one of these boxes so that I can watch HD programing is to pay to have some one deliver it to me. What a rip off. I will be calliing direct TV and dish netwrok today to see what offers they have for my buisness. I am sure they the necessary equipment for me to enjoy my service.
