comcast line in the road blocking plow truck, 8+inches expected

hi
i am in NH with major ice damage in the area. my power has no been restored however my comcast and my neighbors comcast is still out. all the verizon customers have services.
i have called comcast 3 times to report that their line is still down in the road. in some areas it is being driven over and is now in 3'' of snow. its the only line down and has no tree work involved. we are 1 mile off main road in Nottingham NH. we are expected to get a foot of snow tomorrow at noon and i can't seem to make the phone rep understand that it's a simple problem that will get worse fast if we get snow.
the sander trucks cannot get by and once we need plows...we will be stranded if we cannot get plowed due to this one cable. we have just had not power for 6 days and to be stranded by snow at this point will not be good, especially if people have a fire or medical emergency.
the phone rep at comcast kept telling me he would send someone on jan.9th!!!!! i dont have a tech problem...their line is down...and in the road.
i know its not as important as power but the comcast trucks have been everyhwere 9more than the power trucks) and it seems that if they knew they could now fix this before the storm they would. i know people on the next street that got their comcast before they got power!
rambling in nh....
