Comcast= Lying cheating idiots

Originally when i was to get my service installed i was told i would be able to keep my old number but when the tech came out and installed everything he gave me a native comcast number! But he told me i can still get it ported later so i just agreed and let it go. I called my comcast rep and he told me go to comast.com/eloa, fill it out and to wait a week. Then i waited a week. Then i chatted with comcast online reps and they told me to do the same thing so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Then i called comcast and they finally but the port through. Now noone can call me. My comcast native number was shut off and my old number cant receive any calls. I can still make calls though. Its been almost 2 weeks since i ordered the port and everytime i call or try to contact comcast they keep telling me its att's fault and i just have to keep waiting. When i call att they tell me its not their fault! Now i've been charged $20 for a uncompleted port and I'm still paying for att phone service. I don't understnad why this port is taking so damn long and how something as simple as this can be so hard for the idiots at comcast.
