Comcast NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am so upset with Comcast and customer care its not even funny! I had them out this morning to repair once again my internet connection that goes out about 10 times a day! The tech came in tested my internet, told me how surprised that we has such a strong connection that he had to down grade it. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT WE WERE GOING OUT BECAUSE COMCAST IS SO GOOD! So he went outside for about 20 minutes came back and said all is good now. We tested it and it worked. 2 hours later went outside to let our dog out and SURPRISE a new cable in our yard! Yes just laying on top of our grass running to a new junction box! I called to find out why it is just left there and when it was to be buried. "OH YOU WANT US TO BURY IT" I WAS ASKED! After on hold for 15 minutes the first available appointment is 10 days away. I said that was unacceptable, I needed it done asap as, first of all I fear our dog will chew on this cable, second how are we to cut our grass! And most important we have a huge graduation memorial day party in 5 days! I told the supervisor that maybe I will just put up signs over this cable and say Comcast did this! Now this is what I call customer service.
