COMCAST, please come to my house, I'll pay you!

COMCAST- I live in rural central New Hampshire and have been trying to get Comcast service to my house for three years. Last week COMCAST told me that even though I have a comcast line going right through my back yard, I can't get service because the line isnt "activated". I dont know how to get them to activate the line! And I know I have many neighbors who would also pay for Comcast service if it was made available. If anyone from Comcast reads this, please help! Thank you!
