spoke with another rep and he told me that existing customers, because we had another cable company before comcast took over; that we could not get some stations. Only new customers in South Philly have GSN. And I don't think that is fair in light of we are still comcast customers.So my parents and I are seriously looking into getting Direct TV, they have more channels anyway. and that is not fair for comcast to treat their existing customers that way, to leave them out! You would think that they would automatically make sure that we have the very same stations that your new customers have. -
Inappropriate?Were you a former Time Warner customer? If so, we are getting ready to switch the channel line up from old Time Warner to Comcast's line up. This should allow you to have access to the channels you are interested in.
If you are not a former Time Warner customer, will you please let me know the phone number on your account so that I can look further into this issue?
