Comcast puts it techies on hold
why do technicians have to use a consumer line to work with tech at the office? Ours waited 25 minutes, listening to sales pitches, before getting info needed to install my TV cable. He said one time he waited an hour. Why do they not have a tech line for themselves? (Indianapolis)

In most place they are calling dispatchers and not normal Customer Service. But we have an even better solution, how about putting the tools in their hands so they can take care of it themselves? We are working on just that. This same tools will also perform 150 point inspection before they leave. This is happening now!
