Comcast Signal Strenght root cause remains a mystery to Comcast
I have had issues with signal strength since FEB 2009. Have had numerous tech's tell me (show me) the box signal strength is well below normal levels, but, nobody can fix the issue. I have one ticket and one service ticket since June and still having issues.
