Comcast turned off our BUSINESS phone lines

I wanted to have business phone service with Comcast. However our building manager will not let Comcast in our building and unfortunately we could not get Comcast phone service. I called the sales representative and explained the situation. I have also told technicians that we are not able to have Comcast in our office. I thought that everything with Comcast had been cancelled.
Today when I got to work the phone lines were not working. I called Verizon (our current provider) and they have explained that Comcast has our phone lines and that they are not able to help us. I have called Comcast and they said that they are not able to help us either.
I have Comcast service at home and have not had problems. Unfortunately I cannot have Comcast at work. Now it seems that I am getting a little discouraged with Comcast. I hope that Comcast can help me with this problem. I hope that I can still be a Comcast customer even if I can have Comcast at home.
