Disable Smartzone
How do i disable Comcast Smartzone and go back to what I had before? I have my computer set on single-click for a reason. They make me double click mail to open it and that's just retarded.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, you cannot disable Smartzone. However, you can switch to Smartzone lite under preferences. You can also use other alternatives such as Macmail, Windows live mail or Outlook.

Inappropriate?Cannot disable smart zone and the alternatives you have listed are good only if you use a single computer,Or you can free up server resourses for comcast and use a free email such as yahoo , gmail, hotmail to name a few. Or you can dump the comcast bull and get another isp also dumping comcast's phone, internet and tv by going with dsl and satilite.Because the fact is comcast does not care enough to put the reliable email platform as an option for the customer because of the ad revenue they recieve with the legal spam the put in your email box.Oh thats right i had a rep tell me it was information i might be intrested in.well that is just not so comcast. I am most assuredly not intrested.If I was I would goggle it or use another search engine. You can put sugar on crap put it still tastes like crap looks like crap and feels like crap.Get your hands dirty comcast and cut the crap . Give the customer the choice of which email platform they want. We all know smart zone will be in the toilet where it belongs.
