DTA Code - what is it?
I have a great Universal Remote. Do I have to use the cheap remote that comes with the DTA? If not, whats the code for the DTA box?

Inappropriate?Hi Rick,
The answer is no, we don't have those codes. Yes, you would have to use the remote supplied by us. I can try and get some information for you. Email the model number of your DTA to We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com.
Kind Regards,

Inappropriate? Why don't you have the code to a product you provide? The remote is a joke, surely you know this. It goes to channel 99 - after that you have to manually click channel by channel - just like in the 1960's! If you are going to provide us with useless remotes you should have the codes to allow us to use universal remotes that will enable us to actually access all the channels we are paying for! What am I paying for!!!???
I’m very disapointed and frusterated!

Inappropriate?I don't know who "eve' is, but her comment has nothing to do with the original question I asked.
I did email Ms Mendoza back with the model # of my DTA, but have not received any reply yet.
