DVR Recording the wrong show or incorrect starting / ending times (Shows: "Cold Case", "The Unit") I record "The Unit" but when I go to watch it "Cold Case" starts playing for about 35 minutes and then "The Unit" starts and I miss the last 35 minutes of "The Unit" because the recording ends at the same time the guide shows, which is a 1 hour time frame. We need to find a solution for this.

Inappropriate?Hey Just saw this posted. Just curious, what kind of market are you in (Motorola or Scientific Atlantic)? Just tryin to help pinpoint what kind of guide is being used. I think, but not to sure that the SA guide is easier to actively manage from a addressablity head end point of view. It might help the official reps on this site. -
Inappropriate?this is happening in the SA World for me / in the Cherry Hill, NJ system to be exact. (20001 corp).
If I'm an employee and I don't like this problem, I can Imagine how frustrating this must be for our customers.
