Ecobill Broken and they stick you with the cost of it.
I have comcast. A couple of months ago I decided to go "Eco Friendly" with my bills. I have had no problems out of the other companies I signed up for paperless billing. In fact everything was going so great I didn't really worry about my bills anymore. Until yesterday I start getting calls from comcast and a letter in the mail. Apparently I have gone to collections. I have never been late on a bill in my life. Yet here it is I try to save some trees and I get stuck with late fees and harassing calls. I called Comcast and all the lady had to say was what is your email address. Oh we did not have it on file you will receive bills now. I proceeded to tell her how my email address is through them since my internet is, I signed up on there website for the paperless billing in which my email address is my login. And if the thing asked for my email I gave it or it wouldn't let me continue with the paperless billing. She had no answers for me and even refused to take off all the late fees she said I will take off the latest one and that is it. Thanks comcast. Because your system doesn't work I get punished. You better believe as soon as I find a new internet provider I will go with one that doesn't try to stick it to me for going paperless.
