Extremely frustrated with Poor "Customer Service" in Gaithersburg, MD office.

I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE POOR 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' from the Gaithersburg, MD office. Comast rep did not show up during his scheduled time (what's new?), left product outside instead of installing, cannot get any supervisor in the office to respond, can't get the customer advocate to respond. The customer 'service' office couldn't care less ...should be renamed to 'customers -we don't care office'! They close out tickets without a rep ever starting the work, no follow-up, no urgency on anyone's part to fix the problem, only nonsense. No customer should have to pay their high biils without any quick and efficient resolution to a support call. I'll also be discussing this with my neighbors and friends and will be moving to their competitor soonest.
