After canceling your account, your comcast.net email address is no longer valid and therefore you cannot get emails or make custom changes to a comcast.net website. You can still access comcast.com, comcast.net, as well as fandango.com and fancast.com. If you have any additional questions, feel free to email us at We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com.

get a gmail account or something similar, so that you are not tied to specific provider
