I just want Comcast to install my Triple Play!
Installer did not show up yesterday. Tried chat help on comcast.com and they were no help. Called the Comcast customer service number and there is a problem with the porting of my number- seems to be a disconnect between the online folks and the phone folks. Was told I needed a manager to help but they were all in a meeting and would get a call back- no call back in 26 hours now. I waited 10 days for the install to begin with and now I am just getting the run around. What do I have to do to get someone to actually help me?
