Internet Connection Drops....A LOT.
Ever since like the beginning of August my internet connection started to do a rollercoaster routine. Mostly when i'm web surfing I am fine. Soon as I get on a video game that requires internet connection it all goes to hell. My connection will drop and i'm sitting there in my game with the disconnecting icon. After like 30 seconds my connection comes back and I can play again, then repeat. It's so frustrating playing a multiplayer shooter game only to get kicked off because my connection failed. It's worst on some games than others. One time I couldn't play 5 minutes because of the connection issues. Sometimes i can play up to an hour. This also affects our phone. Since they are all on the same modem. If internet goes down most likely the phones did too! We've called Comcast and they keep saying it's not on their side. They sent a guy out saying it's happening to other customers too and they were going to mess with the lines to try to fix it. It's been a week later. Still problems. I Love playing my video games and if this is what I have to deal with when I try to play. I might as well move away to my brothers place where I never hear problems.
I don't expect a real answer other than "Call us" because it's pointless as we already have.
Fix your crap, Comcast.
P.S. I am not the only person as stated above with this problem. It's not on my end.

Inappropriate?I get the same crap! ill be graben my peelz then BOOM the Internet goes out. When we threated Comcast to move to another ISP (WideOpenWest) they told us they don't consider them a competitor. They should start, because if they don't fix things up they are going to loose a customer to them.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Yeah. Even though you made it seem less serious with your Left 4 Dead reference. I doubt Comcast finds anyone a competitor. My brother has Time Warner. He never complains of problems.

Inappropriate?Yet no reply from Comcast.
What about requesting a replacement modem?
Is it possible that will help?
I’m sad

Inappropriate?there throttling there customer who use 60% of there bandwith and are well below the 250GB cap and not telling you, just contact the BBB and FCC and be done with it
