Lost calls even from Comcast service reps!
I just recently started with Comcast digital voice. I do not get all my calls. Several examples of calls and messages left that are lost in the system, even calls from Comcast service reps at the local store. They leave a message but the call/message never appear online or in my voice mailbox. Can anyone help?

Inappropriate?We had a technician here today and we determined the source of the problem to be Fairpoint, my previous telephone provider. Fairpoint is not properly routing calls sent from Fairpoint customers to Comcast customers. Comcast is working to address the problem with Fairpoint. Thanks.
