Lost Emails When We Transferred Service to New Location
We moved to a new home and thought it would be easy to just transfer our service to our new address. Somehow in the process, all of my emails and all of my husbands emails were lost. Also, all of our contact information was lost. I wouldn't say that they tech support people are unsympathetic or that they don't care. They just don't seem to be able to get any tech support for higher level problems. The emails have to be somewhere. I tested it during the transfer process and they never bounced back. I have to believe they are sitting on an email server somewhere. There must be an email guru that works for Comcast that can help all of the customers reporting missing emails to find them.
