MSNBC HDTV ?

I've been waiting for MSNBC to go to HD since the election. Its finally happened and now I can't get it on my TV because I have COMCAST! I pay a lot of money to have my cable service and I watch MSNBC for all of my news. I think I need to change to another company. I can't seem to get an answer from them that says when they will get it.

Seriously.. it's been what, 4 months since MSNBC started broadcasting in HD and still not a peep from Comcast? What gives? You guys broadcast Faux News in HD, so I guess that explains everything ;-)

There is MSNBC HD on Comcast now. 787 in the Bay Area. Perhaps not every market has it? I came across it by accident after months wondering and waiting. We don't get communicated to via Comcast. If you want customer service, that'll be extra, it's part of their super-plus-up-your-ass package, ha!

LOL. Yea it's not available in Albuquerque, NM yet. I actually just finished "chatting" with a customer service rep about it and after 10 minutes of "no not NBC, MSNBC" and "No not standard definition, high definition" they gave me a date of Nov 24th in my area, although I kind of get the feeling they were just giving me a date to shut me up but we'll find out next month I guess.

I'm in Boston, I just excitedly switched to 787...no dice. Every couple of weeks I spend 30-45 minutes "chatting" with a Comcast representative, trying to get a straight answer. First they told me September, then "in the next 2 months." It's super annoying...it seems like they'd have a release schedule or something. I don't know why its such a big deal and why its taking so long. It would be tolerable if someone would be helpful enough to answer honestly.
