My TV's are damaged because my cable was not grounded
My cable was not grounded when a lightning bolt struck near my house. 2 of my televisions are dead and one television was damaged. I see that there has been a prior problem like this one on this website. I would also like to know if Comcast will accept any liability because the cable was not grounded.

Inappropriate?UPDATE: A claim has been made with Comcast's insurance company. I hope to get full compensation for all my losses. Sherri C. has been a great help throughout this whole process. The representative who is handling my claim however is not as helpful. I will update more when I get more information from the insurance company.

Inappropriate?UPDATE: I recently received a check for the damages to the televisions. However, I had to send all the information to the insurance company since the manager from comcast handling my claim did not give the insurance rep any information.
I am happy to have found this website and am thankful to Sherri C. who was a great help through this process. I just wish that when I call comcast directly they are as helpful.... I have renewed faith in Comcast.
