New digital cable receiver did not fix constant pixelation.
My house currently has 4 televisions hooked up to comcast cable. Of these 4, 2 of them use cable boxes for digital cable. The problem is that the I get constant pixelation(tiling) for one of the TVs connected to digital cable. At any given time, a group of channels is pretty much unwatchable from tiling, audio dropping, or just giving me a "Channel Not Available" screen.
I've contacted Comcast, and they recently replaced my cable box with a new one that looks to be a MUCH older model(Just a small black box with no buttons and doesn't catch the remote signal well at all). Not only is the "new" box less functional, but it also did NOT fix the tiling problem. I'm not sure what's causing this, but I'm tired of paying for a service that isn't satisfactory.

Inappropriate?It happens mostly on the lower channels(G4, syfy, Comedy Central, etc) but it's also happened in some of the movie channels. I'll send you the phone number at the email address in your signature.

Inappropriate?We are having the same problem and it seems to happen during the busiest times of day, which has resulted in missing the season premieres of all of our favorite programs. When it happens, we only get one channel and it's 505. It happened last year on On Demand. It got fixed without a tech coming into our apartment and switching out boxes. It appears that everyone in our apartment building is having a similar problem to varying degrees.
