No guide screen when I press on demand plus nightmare service.
I got Comcast TriplePlay installed today (after a month waiting) and I went to use on demand but the guide screen does not show up. Only the preview comes up.
After finally get Comcast installed after the 5th installation appointment, I'm still missing my phone line.
I've heard horror stories about Comcast, I thought it would be different, apparently they're all true. I've called at least 4 times a week for the past month and made 5 different appointments and I still have to call again tomorrow to make the phone line appointment since it wasn't done automatically.
Now On Demand doesn't work. Any solutions?
