Several HD Channels Not Coming In / Corrupted, Alexandria, VA

Several HD channels are not coming in at all or are coming in broken up/corrupted/no picture/no sound. This includes ESPN and TBS. Other channels such as CBS and USA are fine. It started last night during the TBS baseball coverage and has continued for almost a full day. I'd like to watch the baseball playoffs/football. This has been tested on both DVRs/TVs that we have. :(

I'm in Alexandria, VA, 22314, at my apartment located at 2251 Eisenhower Ave (don't know telephone # on account, it's under my roommate's name).
