smart zone has problems

It has been 6 weeks since comcast forced smart zone on me and it still does not work correctly.It started out with my address accounts all wrong-plus they put an account in there that doesn;t belong[ and know one at comcast knows how to delete it]-then I can not use or add to external accounts.Everything they tell me to do does not work.Something's wrong at their end -either they can not fix it or they don;t know how!
