Smart Zone is terrible
My e mail address accounts were wrong - I can not use my mail box manager anymore - and opening my mail is too slow - ever since Comcast gave me smart zone three weeks ago. Everthing they tell me to do will not work or it is wrong. It is time to go to Verizone.

I apologize for any confusion or miscommunications concerning your recent migration to SmartZone. SmartZone at this time does not include the previously mentioned "MailBox Manager". In SmartZone, you may add secondary accounts or non comcast.net accounts by using External Accounts in the preferences section of SmartZone. I have include the below steps to help you setup comcast.net secondary accounts using this method. Our SmarZone Team is working on improving this experience.
1. Preferences>Email Manager>Add External Account
2. Enter Unique Account Name to identify the account (e.g. Sandra-Sec1-Ext)
3. Enter Secondary account's email address (e.g. Sandra-Sec1@comcast.net)
4. Select POP3
5. Enter Email Server: mail.comcast.net
6. Enter Password
7. Click Test Settings to make sure the external account setup is correct
8. Click Save
9. Go to Email tab- You should see the External Account folder in the Folders panel. Use the Refresh/ Get External Mail button (2nd button on the toolbar) to load new email from the Secondary account.
