smartzone and comcast sucks big time.
i am unable to get into my smartzone/comcast primary or my husbands email accounts. i live in chattanooga tn. i have vista 32 bit, there seems to always be something wrong with comcast here in chattanooga. does anyone else here in chattanooga tn, have the same problem as i am haveing, i cannot access my mail with either windows mail, or directly from the web. hope someone will help, mathew.

Inappropriate?Sorry Mathew, It is a nation wide problem with comcast. It seems they know what is better for us then we do.I am in washington and running the same vista as you, I can't even send a picture from my cell phone to my comcast adress and get it as comcast removes the image...i get it fine using yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and these are free services.There have been multiple problems with smart mail sence it came out and comcast does not give a hoot about it.The same problems day in and day out.but unlike some I am not going to just switch to one of the free services. I am going to dump the entire triple play package all together. I have been extremly patient with comcast, when i dump them it will have been 90 days of headaches that they ignored the problem.Only 29 days left.

Inappropriate?I have same problems - I am not able to get pictures sent to m smartzone account - THANK GOD FOR YAHOO!! IT WORKS GREAT!! Comcast has problems in every area, but Smartzone realy showed what a horrible company they are. And yes, they do not care about the customer. I am also canceling everything, and of course sending emails to their advertisers - Really, every service has it's problems (except YAHOO) - the big problem is that Comcast does not offer customer service.Do they even have a customer service department??
