STUCK on PIP function :(
I had an old tv hooked up with Comcast service today, and I got the remote to sync, but the tv is STUCK in PIP with the box on video 1. How can I get rid of the box? The PIP buttons on the remote don't seem to do ANYTHING and I'm frustrated from trying. HELP please!! Thank you in advance!

Inappropriate?Thank you for the question. I would recommend using the old TV remote to try that or buttons located on the TV. You could try selecting TV and PIP on the Comcast remote too.

Inappropriate?Yes, a silly and easy one, but it should work. Unplug the tv and plug it back in. That should remove the memory of PIP screen being open.

Inappropriate?I just tried that, and it didn't work, unfortunately. When I moved (I got the tv from a friend) the first time I plugged it in it had the PIP. I would think that turning it off and unplugging it should work - but no, it didn't.
