Customer Service Rep Israel did a wonderful job today. I called to get assistance with an ongoing connectivity issue that I've had for over two months. I am working from home today and my connectivity failed again so you can imagine that I was frustrated when I made the call. Israel was extremely patient and helpful. He made every effort to assure that I felt heard and to let me know that he would do everything possible to resolve the problem. The Comcast Customer Service Reps that I've spoken to over the past year have always been very good but Israel really stood out today. He was professional, courteous, kind, compassionate, a good listener, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and I the technicians are scheduled to come out to repair the problem. I couldn't have asked for better service.
