The Great Pretender.....Comcast

I'm reporting a problem with Comcast Cable Company. My telephone is not working. I waited for Comcast from 2-5pm today. No one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and the tech told me they would try to get me an appointment on Wednesday. This is not the first time Comcast made me wait for hours and pulled a no show.
