Throttling liars.
My comcast internet connection drops off at least 10 times a day. Online gaming is virtually impossible because the connection randomly resets during the game. I am sure that companies that rely on broadband such as (online gaming, streaming videos, etc) would love to hear about this problem and the money they're losing.
I can only imagine that comcast is throttling the connection to keep customers from uploading at high rates. But, what are we actually paying for? I'm paying for Blast, and getting absolutely unacceptable service. When I called and attempted to cancel, the comcast representative offered me a significant discount to maintain my account. I gladly accepted, and when I received the bill, they billed me for the original price! Here's a tip: If you are offered a discount, be sure to get it in writing, because they're a sneaky bunch!

Inappropriate? If it drops that is modem or connection and has nothing to do with network management. Email my team and let us check out the connections. We can also work to correct the billing for you. Include the phone number on the account and a contact number.
Thanks,
Frank
