Using other identity to reconnect services falsly
How do I report someone whose using many different names, including his 12 yr old son's name to reconnect Comcast and PG&E services. In the past two years, at two addresses, he has used 8 names. When he runs the bill up, they disconnect him, then he gets a different name, and it's back on again.

Inappropriate?Maybe I'm not the right person to give advice to this but are you sure he hasn't had permission from them. Surely the 12-year-old son situation is over the top but if he's had permission from the people to open in their name, there really isn't much that can be done.
I'd like to hear a reaction to this though.
