my sister just logged onto the new comcast smart zone, and none of her contacts are showing. Additionally, her sent e-mail is not being retained

SmartZone should automatically be saving sent messages in a Sent folder, however, there are preferences for this. In order to set the preferences to her needs, please advise her to visit the following link: http://tinyurl.com/8dtpdg.

Inappropriate?my email with this new comcast. smart zone. i list a lot of stuff on craigs list. the other day when i went to my previous days inquiries to answer them their gone!!! so i lost all of those customers. even their text support could not fix. instead they gave me a case # and said someone would call me withen 24 to 48 hrs to help me fix the problem and get thoses missing emails back. by that time i would have lost all my sales. i had to re post everything on CL. (by the way nobody did call at all. i recommend using aol or yahoo until they figure this out.
that means i have to notify every friend, business and - pay pal, my bank, eBay- the lists goes on- of my new email address but the fact of the matter is i can't trust comcast to effectively manage my mail anymore. Please send me some feedack . can any recommend a more resonable way so i don't have to switch to aol or ...
