When should I say when?
Lightning struck my home and took out all of the TVs and the cable boxes. My Bellsouth modem is working like a charm. Everything associated with my Comcast Cable is fried. They want me wait at home for 4 hours 3 days from now to switch out the boxes or drive 20 miles to the near 'payment center'. How much does customer service cost?

I spent about a half hour trying to find a service center located deep in the bowels of an industrial park. The building numbering seemed to be random. The person behind the desk was in no way technical.
