who ever created smart zone- is an idiot!
Smart zone is the worst e mail format anyone could recieve- whoever thought of this is an idiot!We recieved it in Jan. and had problems from the beginning and now are getting new problems!Plus every web site I go on is fast, except for Comcast! I really believe Comcast does not care about the customer's problems! When Verizon is in my area for digital tv broadcast- I will drop comcast on all my accounts!

I hate SmartZone. Images will not display unless I click on an icon to open them up. Most of the time the image will go to "download" & then I must click again to view. Then I click again to delete "downloaded" image. Then I click to get back to email............it's terrible.......too many clicks. Too may ads on screen to fully view email. So have to click again to get rid of ads. This SUCKS. I've called

Inappropriate?I agree - smartzone is stupid - the ads suck up so much real estate on my screen, especially on my netbook, that I can't see my mail, and having to click on the teeeny tiny button every email to collapse the ad pane is a PAIN.

Inappropriate?I tried for months to get use to this new email "SMARTZONE". the more I use it the more I hate it!! I do volunteer work for Little League and work with other leagues in South Jersey assigning umpires to games. I have to send schedules out to over 100 people a day at times. Some don't have excel or word, some don't have adobe reader. So it WAS easier for me to just paste the excel schedule in the body of the email. Cant do that now no matter what I do it all comes out black and white. no highlights nothing!! Oh and trying highlight the content pasted from the excel file using the "CRAP-ZONE".... YEAH RIGHT!! I have to edit each cell separately in order to change the font color and to highlight the different age bracket. The Jr league should be highlighted in green and Sr league is high lighted in blue. Another league consisting of 12 teams is yellow and Underlined. Another consisting of 8 teams is light gray and italicized. This is what it looks like!!

None of the original attributes at all. Usually there are 80 to 100 games a week. Trying to edit each cell is time consuming not to mention insane! The schedule use to be sent out weekly to umpires, coaches and league staff to confirm umpires, changes & cancellations. Trying to access ALL the address in my account is impossible. When I click all in the address book I don't get all the addresses. Why the hell do you have a button that don't even work??? And another thing... (I could go on forever about this crap) why cant I browse my computer to add an image? I tried taking a photo of the schedule in pdf format and adding it to the body of the email. I cant do it that way either since there is no option to upload a photo from your PC. Trying the "CRAPZONE LITE" don't help either. It is just a combined version of the old email format mixed with "CRAPZONE". Still have the same problems. My contract is up in June, Luck Me I will be getting another provider. Since its not just the email, the fact adds have priority over email content, slow home page, constant logging in, intermittent interruption in the cable TV service and the phone problems. No that is to expected right?? I mean lets face it we Americans love to spend money for nothing don't we? I cant believe my hard earned money paid for this shit!! Comcast has gotten to big for itself, they are pretty much the only game in town so they can shell out shit and we have no choice but to eat it. I cant wait till another provider plants roots in town to knock them down a few and put the customers SATISFACTION back on top.
I was told by tech support that I should get a web page and it would be a tax right off for me. I shouldn't have to shell out more money to solve their problems!! That would be find if this was my main source of income. But it isn't!!! And that don't solve the numerous other issues I have been having for the duration of my two year incarceration with COMCAST!!!
