Why can't anyone at Comcast get this straightened out? I've been enduring this continuous torture of miserable customer service for over 2 months & I'm completely fed up!

Inappropriate?They can't get it figured out because they know that they don't HAVE to figure it out. Odds are you're going to stay a comcast customer no matter how terrible their service is. Consider yourself lucky that you're only at 6 hours. It took me over 20 hours before I started getting fed up. I should have been fed up after the first 45 minutes... which was hold time.
