WHY DIDN'T WE HAVE CHOICE REGARDING SMARTZONE??

IF I'M PAYING FOR IT WHY CANT I HAVE MY OLD COMCAST EMAIL BACK???!!!
Comcast should have offered Smartzone (AKA: Crapzone) to business's that don't want employees to play around on their dime. Offer it to businesses only AFTER YOU FIX THE PROBLEMS GETTING AND SENDING EMAILS!!! Crapzone is not something customers would want for personal use.

Next time you want to shove something down your customers throats try testing it out on real people. Every customer should have received an email from Comcast requesting test subjects for a possible new product. Including customers on concepts and introduction of new products shows that "COMCAST CARES" about their customers. In stead of giving no notice and no choice.

The way this was handled shows that Comcast "DOES NOT" Care about the customers, only about the generation of revenue at any cost. OH! Don't even tell me to use the smartzone lite its just a byproduct of the old email mixed with "Crapzone"! Its just as bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DUMP THE SMARTZONE !!!!!!!

Be the first company on the block to offer personalized email service. I don't know of another company that offers that kind of service. It doesn't matter if your a world wide conglomerate or the little old man on the corner selling produce.....
