How long does it take to get an answer Frank?

I will look into the delay. With aerial wiring there are usually many aspects that cause the delay. The most common is the work that needs to be done by utility companies in preparation for this.

Inappropriate?As I understand it this is for a commercial shopping plaza that currently does not have service. We are doing a line extension to this location. This process has begun, but will take 4 to 5 weeks to have the lines in place. This is not a simple run the line and plug in the modem. It requires work with other utilities, local government and construction coordination. I was told that someone will reach out to you today.

Inappropriate?Sorry Frank, That's the answer to the original question. This question is Why does it take 8 days to answer? Apparently you could respond incorrectly in 1 day but never answer the first question for 8 days. My guess is the reason was ineptitude at our local end. They've been dropping this ball fro quite some time.
