Inappropriate?I am getting tired of Comcast service, or lack of. Prices are going up and service seems to be going down. i am paying nearly 100 bucks a month for Internet and Digital Cable with Encore.
and to top it of my primary use for the internet as been near unuable for 2 days now, due to problem with At&T's equipment..... something that i just dont understand, how can another companies equpiment be affecting only Comcast customers?

Inappropriate?I have basic digital cable and internet and my bill has gone from 88 to 93 to 120 to 143 in four consecutive bills. every time I hear the same crap - your promotion is over but now you're paying full price and your bill will not go up. Like there is a parrot on the other end of the line telling the same lie every month.
