why won't my comcast DTA not working since 2 months ????

i dont know what wrong with my tv i tried to connect dta with tv message apper on the screen says account "we have detected an interption in your service pls. contact comcast and givan numer " and then i tried to call on that number so many times and customer care service department checked and so many time time send signal and i awaited for 45 minutes everytime now i am frustrated comcast is not helping us properly
