Concepts/comments deleted on instant missed payment?
If I missed a payment [specifically free trial expiration], am I correct in noticing that all concepts / comments are now gone when my account auto-downgraded? Or is there a way to get them back? I can see temporarily removing them, while awaiting payment, then permanently after a week or something. But instantly deleting everything seems a little harsh. Maybe I'm just missing something in my initial panic.

Rest assured nothing has been deleted. And we don't actively delete anything. Your workspaces and concepts are just disabled.
If you go into the edit workspace lightbox from the My Workspaces page. Click on the concepts tab and you will notice all concepts but 3 have been disabled to comply with your account restrictions. If you upgrade your account you can enable all of the concepts again as well as the workspaces.
